We will work with you should the Dermestids not arrive in a satsifactory condition, as we understand there are many cicumstances which can occur during shipping. Shipping
Free shipping occurs on Mondays via USPS Priority mail, only in U.S., and usually arrives on a Wednesday or Friday. Contact your post office to hold the beetles for pick up if the temperatures are below 45 degrees or above 95 degrees.
