We will work with you should the Dermestids not arrive in a satsifactory condition, as we understand there are many cicumstances which can occur during shipping. Please contact us should you find a problem with the beetles upon delivery.
Shipping
Shipping occurs on Mondays via USPS Priority mail, only in U.S., and usually arrives on a Wednesday or Friday. Contact your post office to hold the beetles for pick up if the temperatures are below 45 degrees or above 95 degrees.
